
Both good and bad! Recognising how I once allowed the bad to happen enables me to see the toxic mental constructs that caused my demise. It’s why I can see the insanity in what people do. On the flip side, I use this knowledge to know that if I can practise my way to failure, I can practise my way to success. How?
