Consumer confidence especially from government institutions such as Australia Post and NZ Post should be a given – yet we have to pay to protect our parcels from not being delivered by their incompetence!

I paid $45 for the theft of a headset that Auspost and NZPOST systems can’t track …. improvement is warranted.
