Leadership is a willingness to be exposed, vulnerable and to take risks.

The best leaders are constantly changing their position.Leading from the back to ensure nobody is left behind. Leading from the front, to create a path for others to follow. But always as Jesus states, walking beside people to ensure that people know that are equal to the task of leadership. Be willing to change your position. And, be equally willing to walk away when you’re no longer required. Furthermore, leadership is difficult because there's a fine line between criticism and praise. Furthermore, Leadership is a willingness to be exposed, vulnerable and to take risks.
