If I’m not able to control events, I surrender and accept. Who am I to argue with the universe.


Yes I have moments when I perceive thoughts to be stressful.What do I do?Concentrate on the one thing I can control. My breath and then I start working on a solution.Thus, If I'm not able to control events, I surrender and accept. Who am I to argue with the universe?vSo, Letting go is as easy as breathing .... that's how I let go of stressful thinking.
