You will learn practical methods to eradicate physical pain and to recover from injury or be stronger and fitter so you can enjoy being physically active.
Physical therapy – You will learn to use a combination of mat work, reformer, gym and pool therapy. I can travel to your home, gym or you can come to my place. Please note I don’t have a gym or pool where I reside.
Nutrition advice requires examination of current food intake, goals and how to make smart food choices. I don’t advocate diets unless one has a physical/health/sporting reason for it. Nor do I advocate s qaupplements or superfoods. I also encourage alcohol, fat and sugar consumption in limited quantities.

What is social wellbeing?
Social wellbeing is a dominant factor in health and wellbeing and is determined by income, education, employment, job security, working conditions, early childhood, food security, housing, social inclusion/exclusion, friendships, family, health services, gender, ethnicity, aboriginal status and disability.
All of these factors can be overcome with the right assistance and much of it is, a mental game!

Fear is a repetitive story born from events but, continued unnecessarily.
Mental skills training utilising self-talk, visualisation, goal setting, being present/aware/mindful = success!
